Delivery Addresses

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
The client holds sole and absolute responsibility for providing exact shipping coordinates. OVEM is legally and operationally unable to redirect, cancel, or modify dispatch routing once the package has cleared customs or departed our fulfillment hub. Additional transit fees, storage charges, or redelivery fees incurred due to inaccurate or abandoned delivery coordinates will be billed directly to the client’s original payment method.

Handover & Responsibility
All orders are fulfilled under standard carriage rules where title and risk transfer to the customer upon courier possession. Once DHL or GIG Logistics receives and scans the package at dispatch, legal custody of the cargo shifts away from OVEM entirely.
