Because every bespoke garment is made exclusively for each client, bespoke orders are
non-refundable and non-returnable.
Ready-to-wear purchases may only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or if an
incorrect item was supplied.
Rental dresses must be returned in their original condition within the agreed rental period.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any concerns.
